Answers to Frequently Asked Questions & Policies

Planning ahead helps ensure equipment availability. If you are planning a large event during the month of (April – July) & (September – December), we advise placing your order 1-4 months ahead of your event.

A 50% deposit will reserve your order.

Payment in full is due 1 week prior to delivery.

We accept MC, VISA & DISCOVER for your convenience.

You may make changes to your reservations. We understand that guest counts and situations may change. We request that final changes to your order be made 1 week prior to delivery and we will make every effort to meet your needs.

The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pick-up. We do charge for broken or missing equipment. Be sure your equipment is protected from the weather.

J&P understands that under certain circumstances you might have to cancel an order. Deposits will be refunded on a case by case basis. There is no deposit refund on a tent if canceled less than 2 months prior to the tented event.

Delivery is available for a nominal charge. The rates are based upon the location and size of your order. Our delivery schedule is pre-planned according to time and location. Deliveries will be made to a location that is accessible to our vehicles. J&P understands that some deliveries have to be scheduled for exact time, stairs & loading dock waiting may happen, please call (856) 234-0041 for special delivery rates.
